Eating disorders are more common than you think. People with eating disorders are around you every day, even if
you don't know it. The most common eating disorders are Anorexia, Bulimia, and Binge eating, and they all have to do
with body image.
Body image is the way you think your body looks (if you think you have a "good" body or a "bad" body) and also how you
think your body should look. This is often effected by TV and advertiseing because of the way the people seem to have
"perfect" bodies. It's also effected by the people around you. Like if you feel that you're the "fattest" person
you know, or if other people pressure you to be skinnier.
